Brett Sizeland – Personal Training Manager
Brett is a personal trainer & sports masseur who has worked in the health & fitness industry since the age of 18. Brett has worked with many different clients and their presenting needs over the years. These range from professional athletes (Castleford Tigers RLFC, Coventry City FC) to individual clients on varying programmes of exercise. Brett works with many clients in rehabilitation from various injuries, he works very closely with physiotherapists, osteopaths and masseurs in order to help clients get back to full health.
Keir Williams – Personal Trainer & EKI Kettlebell instructor
Keir is a personal trainer with a passion for strength and conditioning training and has worked with many clients in the field of sports conditioning. This includes many football teams & professional mixed martial artists. Keir is also the resident Kettlebell expert, and brings a new school of thought to many of the clients he trains.
Claire Evette Kirby – Personal
Trainer
Claire has always had a passion for exercise. As an amateur Thai boxer
she knows all about getting fit and staying fit! Claire specialises in
weight management and body sculpting working with many different clients
across many age spectrums. Claire enjoys bringing some of her martial
arts skills into her workouts and enjoys one-to-one women only thai boxing
sessions.
Tina Berry BSc (hons) BASRAT–
Personal Trainer
Tina is Concept Fitness Sports rehabilitator and injury specialist. Using
massage and stretch rehabilitation Tina has worked with many clients from
elite athletes to pensioners suffering with bad back problems! Tina is
currently working with many people to help them with all ailments including
back pain, joint problems, and sciatica.
Ben Hajir – Personal Trainer
& Martial Arts Instructor
Ben is a personal trainer and martial arts instructor. He has a passion
for fitness and competes as a professional Mixed Martial Artist. He is
Brazillian Ju-jitsu instructor and has trained with some of the best in
the world. He teaches 1-on-1 martial arts as well as running classes at
Concept.
Tulloch Kempe – Creative
& Managing Director
CAs the other half of the ConceptFitness partnership, Tulloch brings different,
but complemetary range of skills to the company.
With a professional background in Graphic and Information Design. Tulloch's
experiance spans both the Voluntary and Private Sectors with an emphasis
on strong organisational and project/budget management skills, along with
people and communicatrion skills.
Experiance includes: design consultancy, teaching, large scale conference
production and project management, charity sector leadership and consultancy
and stage management
